I. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order enters the production phase and cannot be canceled or modified.
II. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We do not require you to return the item. If the issue is due to our error (as listed below), you have the right to choose between a Full Refund or a Free Replacement:
- Manufacturing Defects: The product arrives damaged, torn, or with printing errors.
- Incorrect Item: We sent the wrong size, color, or design compared to your order.
- Lost in Transit: The tracking information confirms the package was never delivered.
III. How to Request a Resolution
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item with the following information:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear photos or a short video showing the defect or the incorrect item received.
- A brief description of the issue and your preferred resolution (Refund or Replacement).
Once verified, we will process your choice at no extra cost. You do not need to ship the original item back to us.
Important Note on Replacements:
If you choose to receive a replacement product, please note that the shipping time will be the same as the original delivery timeframe (Production: 3-5 business days; Shipping: 5-10 business days for the U.S. or 10-20 business days Worldwide).
IV. Non-Refundable Situations
Since each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:
- Customer errors (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).
- Incorrect size selection by the customer (please refer to our size charts before ordering).
- Change of mind after the 12-hour cancellation window.
V. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 1-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-7 business days to appear in your account.
