C. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement (under penalty of perjury) of your good faith belief. You must also consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district of Powder Springs, Georgia (or the relevant federal district for Cobb County).
